It seems like Pacoima has fewer shopping centers than Burbank and there are more businesses that are smaller. (As for schools? my old neighbor Jr. who lives in Pacoima, his dad uses a friends address so he could go there and not Pacoima. But they gotta pay for cafeteria food."
